Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a valuable and effective stress management workshop. However, we understand that individual experiences may vary. To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, please review the following refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchasing the workshop to be considered.

 

Ineligible Refund Requests:

• Refunds will not be issued for requests based solely on a change of mind or circumstances unrelated to the workshop.

• Please note that individual experiences with the workshop techniques may vary. Just because a particular technique does not work for you does not necessarily constitute a valid reason for a refund. We understand that different approaches may resonate with different individuals, and our workshop provides a variety of techniques to cater to a wide range of needs and preferences.

 

Partial Refunds:

• In some cases, if you have completed more than 50% of the workshop modules and exercises, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of completion and engagement.

• Participants are encouraged to explore a reasonable number of modules and engage with the content before deciding on a refund request. Completion of a substantial portion of the workshop modules may be considered as an acknowledgment of satisfaction with the workshop content. Therefore, refund requests made after completing a significant portion of the workshop may be subject to additional review and may not be approved.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@simplypsychotherapy.co.uk with your full name, purchase details, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

• Once we receive your request, our team will review your eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in this policy.

• If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 28 business days.

Cancellation Fee:

• An admin fee of £15 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs.

 

Access Termination:

• Upon approval of a refund request, your access to the workshop content will be terminated, and you will no longer be able to access the presentation.
